(More customer reviews)The toner cartridge worked well when I installed it, but it developed a problem.When I contacted Inkers they sent a replacement immediately and emailed me a prepaid UPS return shipping label for the first cartridge.
It's unfortunate that the first cartridge was faulty, but Inkers's response was top notch, and I'm printing away with no problems.I recommend them highly.
