(More customer reviews)This product is a "value play" for the consumer relative to HP OEM products, and there's definitely a give/get tradeoff from my experience.
On the positive side, this bundle (at least when I purchased) is significantly cheaper than HP solutions, and initial print quality seems fine for basic color business and personal applications. It will be interesting to see how quality holds up over time and how long the toner lasts.
Conversely, two issues were apparent immediately. This stuff is a lot messier than the OEM product! I have toner on my fingers and on the toner tray surfaces, and that's never happened with HP. Second, recycling is more challenging in that there is no included recyclable container and UPS lable for spent cartridges. You can make sure that used cartridges don't end up in the landfill on your own, but the HP convenience is nice.
