(More customer reviews)Ordered this cartridge from Inkers.Opened the bag containing the cartridge and was greeted by a cloud of black toner.The cartridge was covered with toner.Being the optimist that I am, I dusted it off and mounted it into my printer.The printer software notified me that the cartridge is defective.Waiting to hear from Inkers about a refund as I had to purchase another cartridge at Office Max at more than double the price.
