(More customer reviews)Ordered this toner set from this company SOL and it ruined my day. The toner lock lever is permanently stuck in the open position on two of the toners. I assumed the others were broken as well but never opened the boxes.The first toner produced an error code on my printer C5500 and would not let me print. It produced the error code because it didn't have a compatible reset microchip from what I read on the internet. Didn't bother to go any further with this toner set as it's basically 99% junk. On a positive note, there was toner inside.
