(More customer reviews)I ordered this product twice. the first time the seller was Greattoners. The sent me a very poorly refurbished black toner that was dirty and dusty and printed blots and spots and shades. I never checked the other toners, but I sent them the product back.

The second time I ordered it from Vivamart. Thus far, I have installed only the black cartridge and it is working perfectly. However, it is obviously not a 100% brand new product. It is definitely refurbished,as there are slight scratches on the casings and the yellow has some toner dust on the outside. They must have a different definition of "new" (intended sarcasm.) Still the black works perfectly and all were cleanly done except the yellow. I have yet to actually use the cartridges other than the black, but they look to be fine. If something goes wrong, I will follow up this review.

All in all I expect that I would order this product again, and just lower my standards as it is such a huge discount from Dell. But I would only order it from Vivamart and avoid Greattoners.
