(More customer reviews)I ordered a TN-350 cartridge but received a NT-P0350 after a 14-day waiting. The shape of NT-P0350 is completely different from the TN-350. Although I eventually placed it into my copier after several attempts, it's a little looser than the model NT-350. The product photo shown on their product sheet is a TN-350 but they were actually selling a NT-P0350. They should tell buyer the truth (it probably wouldn't hurt their sells) rather than playing photo and wording games on their product information sheet. I had ordered cartridges online many times from other sellers and never had this kind of problem. Since they offered me to return the NT-P0350 (I didn't return it though), I gave them 2 stars instead of one star.
