(More customer reviews)After paying $260+ for each cartridge replacement from Dell, I was thrilled at the thought of replacing them for a fraction of the cost. When this one arrived, the box was terribly damaged, and the packaging was awful. There was no protective layer around the cartridge itself, nor was it shipped in a separate box. Given the nature of the packaging (or lack thereof) it shouldn't have been a surprise to open the box & be instantly covered in toner powder. I cleaned up the mess as best I could and tried to use the cartridge in my laser printer. It never did work properly...the colors were off on everything I printed, the toner powder kept leaking out all over the printer, and it lasted about 2 days before it told me to replace the cartridge again. Overall, I am highly dissatisfied with this product & will not be purchasing again.
