(More customer reviews)I ordered the Verbatim cartridge from Cybermansez.When I got the shipment, I was immediately cautious because it seemed very old and the packaging was in English and French, not something I have ever seen before, but I didn't care.I opened it, the package seemed to be factory sealed, but anybody can get a machine to seal that, so that is not for sure.Anyway, as soon as I put it in my machine, it made a terrible noise, like gears grinding together.Sure enough, that is what the problem was.Cybermansez was emailed immediately.He told me I should try calling Verbatim.Well, I didn't buy it from them, so I thought that was strange.Anyway, he eventually told me to ship it back, but to ship it to a different address, which I did.It arrived there on Saturday and on Monday I emailed him to see if he checked it out and when I would get my refund.He said he would get to it when he had time.Well, now it has been almost two weeks and no refund.All I get are emails from him asking when I will remove my negative feedback.So, stay away from Cybermansez and his defective cartridges.
