(More customer reviews)This is NOT an authentic Hewlett Packard item and may or may not be compatible with your printer. Secondly, their statement "Hassle-Free Returns" is not true. Thirdly, their shipping charge is $9.75 which means the customer is out that price plus the shipping charge for returns. This item was shipped to me via FedEx which now is not the reliable company it used to be. Once in the delivery locality, FedEx now hands its shipments over to USPS which often means delayed and/or unreliable service.If I wanted USPS service to deliver my purchases, I would have requested it in the beginning.
