(More customer reviews)I bought this 3-pack of toner, and only got one good cartridge from the set. One came pre-damaged with marks over two-thirds of the inside drum. The second quit working after a few days. One worked--sort of. As for all three, the print was too light to see details like highlighting on a Word document. I contacted the company and they refused to replace any of the bad cartridges. Furthermore, they were rude. However, they delayed responding for long enough that I could not apply Amazon's guarantee, either. This is a terrible company with poor quality products. Even if you spend more, get your toner from someone else. You're not getting what you pay for from this company.
