(More customer reviews)Bought two toner cartridges, one was defective, when I called, was told to ship it back at my own cost, defective or not. Will never buy from them again. Be warned, if they send you a defective item you will be forced to pay shipping, that way you loose shipping both ways and end up with nothing.
