(More customer reviews)We've been using this machine in our 5-6 person office for nearly 2 years, and I am very happy we chose to make the purchase.We have it setup as a network printer/scanner, and use it as our primary copier.There is another model that includes a fax feature, but we had a standalone fax machine previously.

Printing and copying is fast.Some of us use the duplex function, but it takes more than twice as long to print on both sides than it does to print on a single side.

We also use the scan-to-network function several times a day.When scanning using the automatic document feeder at a relatively low resolution I've noticed that the resulting image is often skewed.I'm assuming this is the result of the processor not keeping up with the feeder.When scanning at higher resolutions and/or using the flat bed the resulting images are very good quality.We rarely scan high resolution photographs, so I'm not able to comment on it's capacity for this type of scan, but when we have scanned photographs I haven't noticed any quality problems.

Finally, the touch screen control panel is probably the best I've seen on a small office printer in this price range.The screen is quite large, and I've not experienced any problem naming scans, specifying the various settings, etc.

As my five star rating suggests, I am very happy with this machine.In fact, while it would be overkill, I continuously consider buying another one for home because of it's reliability.
