(More customer reviews)I'm glad I ordered this from Amazon because they make it quick and easy to get a refund. The cartridge spilled yellow toner powder on everything. When I inserted it (correctly!) into my printer, the whole thing made a grinding noise I have NEVER before heard. I've had this printer for five years and have never had any problems with it.
TheJetfill cartridge was a piece of junk. I sent it back and ordered from another company.
