(More customer reviews)I was led to believe I was purchasing a new toner cartridge. It arrived with toner smudged all over the box. It was obviously NOT new and it had glue smudges on it. I put in into the printer and it would not print at all.

It's junk. I am returning it.

Don't buy from them, false advertising.
