(More customer reviews)I opened and started using the product right away because the other was really out.When I put it in, there was zero problems with fitting or anything else like that however, when I printed with this product I had a dark smug mark that was coming thru the middle of the paper. I needed quality print out of this printeer and this toner just didn't do it. I needed something that I could use to make many copies when I selected to print multi copies but, this didn't do it, I did get a very good output before so, I contacted Dell and the sent me the high toner yeald cartriage at a discounted price.
Never did see if there was something I could do to return this so, it's just sitting in the box it came in gathering dust.
