(More customer reviews)My printer won't recognize the cyan cartridge.I have to take it out and put it back in, repeat, repeat... I shake the cartridge and sometimes that works.Of course when I shake it the ink comes out on my fingers.It took some hateful cleaner to get it off.Wish I hadn't bought so many and will not buy these cartridges again.On the bright side, they came very quickly.
