(More customer reviews)I bought the Dell 1720dn laser printer because it was recommended by Consumer Reports. Lasted a little more than a year when paper started to jam very often. Also other problems--spewed out many sheets with only top line printed in gibberish. Dell customer support said my one year warranty had recently expired and I should have bought an extended warranty because this is a low-end product. Printer made loud banging noises, so I was told to reverse the rubber on some rollers. I have a Dell desktop computer that crashes a lot. Next time I will try an HP computer and a Brother printer. No more Dell.
