(More customer reviews)I ordered these replacements cartridges, after reviewing the seller comments, which were overall good. The price on the items was also good and they were delivered as promised. I had need to replace the Black toner, since that was depleted. This is the first time I change toner on the machine and it had worked great prior to that. After installing the toner as per instructions, I have been getting vertical bands of light black print, the color has not been affected. Of course I have not exchanged any of the color cartridges as of yet. I am not happy about that, especially when I have a relatively new machine. I don't think its a hardware problem.
