(More customer reviews)I purchased this toner thinking I would save some money. The price is very appealing at 1/2 the cost of an original. When I up the toner into the machine, the old toner I was replacing worked better. The toner cartridge itself was dirty and I am not sure if any ink was in there at all. I finally got a toner cartridge from costco.com and did not have to pay shipping. Cost more, but at least it works!I am now sending this one back at my shipping expense. I got the generic email from the company, but no reason as to why the toner cartridge did not perform as they say.
