I have been haggling with HP for months toget a warranty
replacement and am still waiting after return the original
non working printer. Buy local. Save yourself the mail order
grief.Even spent an hour on the help line with HP's low
wage Indian employees. When I told them that as a California
buyer I was going to sue for my warranty rights they transferred
me to an HP center in Arkansas. We could understand each others
